Unfortunately the 800 MHz RAMs are expensive but have recently come down in price a little. I know it goes the other way as I've put my extra RAMs into my wife's Quad which has 667 + 800s now. Are you sure it can use the 667MHz RAM? Its spec'd for 800MHz. Remember though that this is an older machine though so if you make an investment in it (such as drives) that you can also carry forward, that's an advantage. I've got the same machine and graphics card as you.
